Unfinished work, and kept deposit
I communicated with this company for 2 months to get my patches right. I paid the deposit they requested for my patches, and they stopped communicating and kept my deposit. SCAM

Don't do it
I requested screen printed patches and was informed they could do what I asked, so a sample was sent and I approved, it seemed legit for a picture. Then I received the patches. They were completely stitched and embroidered which I specifically said no to and now they refuse to issue a refund when it was a complete mess up on their part. Would rate a 0 if I could. Never ever again.

I'm dealing with them now om a simple design. I had no idea that they were in China cause I wouldn't have used them.
You can't call them . Customer service is poor
